Flamingo Property began when Michael, Jack and Donna Osborne relocated to Costa Rica over 24 years ago.
Ray Osborne, Jack and Mike’s father had purchased the area known as Flamingo Beach in the mid 1970’s.
Their roll in the area has been significant. From bringing in the paved road from Huacas to Flamingo to gaining a top American private school, they have been instrumental in many of the real estate and development business projects in and around the area.
Michael owns and operates “The Happy Snapper”, a successful seafood restaurant in nearby Brasilito. Jack and Donna run the “Flamingo Property” sales office located in the lobby of the Flamingo Beach Hotel.
