In the main house, the three bedrooms have one king and two queen beds, all showcasing custom artwork and design. The apartment has one king sized bed and a sofa bed. The main home has a large living room and open-concept chef’s kitchen overlooking the beautiful pool, gardens, outdoor waterfall and fire pit features.
The main kitchen was created for entertaining, all made from fine teak wood with granite and marble counters and details. The appliances are all stainless steel including a gas range and an oversized island that doubles as a breakfast bar and gathering place. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, mini-fridge, ice dispenser, coffeemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender and more making it turnkey for the next owner.
The two-story master suite is connected through the bar and barbecue space, and also has a separate access from the pool area. The lower level has a second full kitchen and living room space and bathroom. The teak staircase leads you upstairs to the master bedroom, where there is a king-size bed, plus a working office space and a walk-in closet.
